The left globe above the rear number of my plate has blown. I tried to replace it, but cannot figure out how to remove the globe from its socket.

Does anybody have any experience on this???

You have to go from the inside. You lower the tailgate and remove the snap cover and unscrew the metal cover. It's tight but accessible. This is also how you can remove the window motor mechanism.
