Toyota Motor's ™ U.S.A. unit's total April sales fell 4.3% to 210,457 vehicles, compared with 219,965 vehicles a year ago, when there were two additional selling days.

On an adjusted basis total sales for the month rose 3.7%, the Tokyo car retailer said.

Toyota Division's sales for the month were 184,462 vehicles, compared with 195,286 a year ago, the company said.

Toyota Division passenger car and light truck sales were 104,239 and 80,223 vehicles, respectively.
