02 Avalon, had the car 3 years just noticed the heated mirrors are on permanently and much to HOT, do they operate with heated rear window? which operates fine is there a short? how can I stop them getting so hot and turn them off any ideas please?

hello, i work for a toyota dealership her in north carloina and yes your heated mirrors do work off of your rear window defrost there is no way to adjust the temperture u can only turn the defrost off the temperture will not damage the mirror if u have any more questions u can email me @ harvickfan82@hotmail.com hope i will be of some help

If you dont mind I have a 1999 avalon and am noticing a lot of drive train lash seems like maybe the shock on differential may be gone out any help will be greatly appreciated E mail me at whopperdad22@netzero.net
