Hi All,
GT-4 version..how's the FC look like? With the petrol price rise in every year, had to really2 look into the FC before I confirming my purchase. Can anyone out there share my concern.

Nice to know that there is a decent place for a discussion for Caldinas. I have come across 2 caldinas for sale today.

1) GT4N. With TRD racing kit and meter. Sunroof. 178k. 04 unreg. Black.
2) GT4. Only TRD front bumper. Sunroof 163k. 03 unreg. White

Which would be a better buy? Both comes with reverse camera. Too bad both doesn't come with the front cameras and multifunction steering.Pls advise.

Cheers

Yup, I've got one with that range of price RM149k. GT4Ntype. Rear n front camera +Multifunction steering wheel. Bought it at Autocity Cheras. Loan approved recent Monday and will be getting it next Tuesday (finger cross). Since the radio is Japan radio, can I know where can I install the booster (did not mean the shop but where is the best part interior of caldina)? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banana.gif)

how do u differentiate between C spec n N spec? Is it written anywhere on the car. Normally if u ask the salesman they will say N spec. How about in sunway is it ok to buy there?

U can check if its N spec or C spec or normal spec by looking at the sticker on the front passenger door.It should stated there if its N,C or normal spec. For Example if its N-spec it should written as ST246W (N).

Sunway ok..but need to bargain..got my N-spec there too..

Hi All..... Just got my GT4 Caldina Year 2002 last 2 weeks.

As you know, the max speed is 180km/h and I've try to install Pivot Speed Meter to remove the speed limit.
The problem is the accessories shop cannot find the VSS [Vehicle speed sensor].

It's suppose locate at the center of the dashboar according to pivot diagram.

Could someone advice. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/s10.gif)

Hi... 1st of all - you've been conned - Pivot Speed Meter doesn't work with GT4 coz it doesnt work with tiptronic gearbox. 2ndly - get it changed immediately..either to Apexi RSM or HKS RSM. btw, where did u bought it from?

Hi redliner... I thought it could be used because it is mention in the pivot diagram for ST246W.

Not yet installed the pivot speed meter because couldn't find the VSS.
Try to install it at one of the shop at Rahang, Seremban.

Lucky you tell me.... So the Apexi RSM will help but how much is the cost?

Another thing, security system. Which one is good. The gsm type or just normal immobiliser?... Thanks for the info (IMG:style_emoticons/default/liebe011.gif)
