I order our new Prius directly from the dealer in town two weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from Toyota via e-mail. Should I be worried that the dealer hasn't submitted the order? When I call the dealer they say the order has been processed.

I got my email 4 days after I signed the contract with a Toyota dealer. I think that you should contact your dealer right away. Maybe they didn't input your email address correctly.

I stopped by my dealer today and found out that they had misspelled my email address. I did find out that I do have a confirmation number!!
