I have an extra one for my 97, its 2" square with a 2" ball. I bought it from U-Haul and used it once. I'll sell it for $15 plus shipping if your interested. Jeff

Its the bar w/ ball and cross pin and cross pin clip. On my 4Runner its the part that holds the ball. If that is what your calling a reciever. It cost $30 some bucks at U-Haul. Jeff

Definitions time. The part you are describing here is the Draw Bar. One end has the Ball bolted through a hole, the other end slides into the Receiver. The receiver is the 2"x2" box at the rear of the vehicle. That box is actually attached to a whole steel frame that is attached to the vehicle, which is commonly referred to as the hitch. Hope this helps to clarify.cuz I see some confusion brewing. Thanks, Andy
