Say, I thought I'd mention... I'm not sure how
I'm going to address the trim thing with my project
yet myself... but one of the things that has been
suggested to me is to take the trim off -- the rubber and
the chrome -- and fill in the holes then get it
painted. I'm not big on the idea because I would like some
buffer against some bugger ding-dong parking next to my
finished project and dinging my paint, but then as well I
presently plan to restore and trick my car, and then just
pull it out for some occasional cruising and trucking
it to shows. As well though, if you take off the
stripping, then you don't have to worry about any water
collecting there or any dirt or that strange stuff that
grows on cars in the heavily rainy area that I'm in.
But as for the stripping, I may have to do this
suggestion 'cause it could be a feat to address that rubber
stripping, and if you can get it at all, its probably a
pretty penny.

There's my two
cents
CelicaMon
(actually a pretty penny would be 1.5 cents after the
exchange from British coin to American -- but then most
folks skip that our cents are not pennies, but get
called that any way.... thought from a patriot who
appreciates the limies)
