Have you guys seen www.tuningmadeeasy.com? It's the first site that I have seen, that has step by step instructions on how to tune your engine anytime you have non standard parts. It deals with ignition, carburetion etc., but also has many tips on which parts to buy in the first place. Plus tips on winning...
I wish this site existed when I started out fiddling with cars...
