Sounds good. How about meeting at the IHOP parking lot at Harding and Nolensville Road. It's right on the corner at Harding Mall. Around 2PM? Will that work? R-

If you guys get together Sunday I can drop by with the deck lid for Randy. It would be fun to see everyone again. Just don't pick on my Saturn too much. Dale

Hell .. why not .. Sunday afternoon it is. I will be getting trashed Saturday night .. so I probably won't be up til around noon or so. I'm going to be working on my car most of the day tomorrow. Trying to reinstall my VPC, fix my detonation problem, and hopefully get my AC working again. -D

For anyone that wants to, I guess I'm having a spontaneous tech day tomorrow (Sunday) at 1pm. I'm sure it will be hot out, so be sure and bring plenty of water or "other" beverages. :-) If you need directions, shoot an email or call me at 832-3058. I think I finally got my AC back together, evacuated, and retrofitted to 134-a. We'll see how much of it has leaked out by tomorrow ... fingers crossed ... -David BTW, I have a LARGE watermelon that I need help devouring. It's got to be the sweetest one I've ever had .. my supervisor has a farm in KY .. and also 2 cantaloupe for whoever wants them.

Sure .. bring it on. We can fire up the grill. Need some buns too ... can anyone get those? BTW, when I left the club tonight, I got pulled over cause the officer thought I peeled out away from the stop light ... it was the blow-off valve. I thought for sure I was going to have to go to court and argue that. But luckily, he had an accident to go to and let me go.

Yeah, you probably make the officer piss his pants when he got scared by the blow off valve. I'll just bring the meat, someone else will have to bring the buns.

Well, that was a fun party. We had 5 people show, and we installed a turbo timer/boost gauge. We also got to see the innards of a AC compressor. Hope to see more people next time. I managed to not burn the hamburgers, um um good.

Turbo timer works great. Thought there was a problem at first, but I just had not engaged parking brake,(duh!). I need to learn how to use and read the boost gauge better though. I had fun, learned a thing or two, enjoyed good food & friends, plus got my car modified. All in all I'd say it was a great day, Thanks again for hosting and working on my 2 David, Ray
