Are you sure the TEMS system(Toyota Electronic
Modulated Suspension) is working? When you change from
normal to "sport" you should hear some selonoids
clicking, and the dashboard indicator lights should
glow.<br><br>FYI on TEMS:<br><br>"Normal" is the softest setting.
When you switch over to "sport," the suspension firms
up a bit, but will ONLY go into true "firm" mode if
the onboard computer senses your car going aroung a
turn quickly.<br><br>I, myself, do not notice much of
a difference between "normal" and "sport." However,
there is a modification outlined at www.supras.com that
will tell you how lock your TEMS system into true
"firm" mode. <br><br>I can easily tell the difference
between "Normal" and "firm."<br><br>As for experience
with supras, it's a love hate thing. Because the cars
are getting older, it is costing more and more to
keep one in good shape.<br><br>When they are working
well, the are a truly fantastic vehicle.<br><br>So I
guess I love my supra 95% of the time, and I'm annoyed
with it 5% of the time. :)<br><br><br>Adam
