I need to replace ball joints. I was succesful in replacing the lower ball joints but the uppers are hard to find. First time I saw a one piece ball joint and upper arm. Is there any means to remedy it. Hearing the clunking sound is so depressing.

Are these truly one piece? Can anyone confirm with certainty? That would throw a wrench into any plans to add a ball joint suspension lift to the front end...
