Hello I live in Canada and I own a 1991 Toyota Previa with the 2.4-liter twin- cam 4-cylinder rated at 138 horsepowerengine with 331 000 km.After changing my valve cover gasket, I over tightened one of the valve cover bolts and it snapped. On one of the cover, the spec for the valve cover bolt is 29 psi,I replaced the broken bolt and I still have a very small leak, can some one tell me the sequence of tighten the bolt and if 29 psi is the correct number.
