I have a 2004 Rav and just got word that it requires a new vvt.Just wondering if anyone out there knows what it is a nd what it does.The truck studders and is about to stall.Check Engine light stays on.This is the second time that this problem has occured and a computer reset has not fixed it.Any info would be great.txs
