Where is this thing located. I have a 96' Tercel . I believe I need a new one because it will not squirt any fluid on the window. To replace it, I need to know where it is. Thanx

Recommend you buy a Haynes manual for $15.

It tells all....

I have a 93' Starlet and could be the same. In my car the wiper washer tank is behind the bumper, so you have to remove it to see the tank. (Left side, near the battery is the top of the tank with the blue cap for water filling.
If you detach the tank and see it good and not broken, please detach the little pump on it and check if have some dirt or something obstructing it. It would save you some money by not to buying a new one.
