I just purchased a Black 2006 Corolla XRS. A friend said to use a Show Car Glaze. From what I read, a glaze is a polish without any cleaning properties. Its primary function is to improve the paint's brilliance and clarity. Glazes also contain fillers to mask or visually reduce paint imperfections. I have been told nothing compares.

Since my car is black, and looks waxed up I started to do some research. Unfortunately the stuff can be expensive. Amazon sells Zymol Z117 Ebony Black Wax. But at $61.00……

Meguiar’s has #7 Show Car Glaze. Then there’s Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze. Any others?

Before I go nuts. Anyone have first hand experience with this stuff?

I am currently using "Liquid Glass Polish/Finish". This has been the best is have used so far. Wondering if a glaze would be even better?
