Hi - I've got a '89 Supra Turbo with 110k miles (bone stock). Replaced head gasket last year.

In the last month the turbo gauge has flat-lined (never moves - even on hard acceleration) and in the last week it's getting harder and harder to accelerate. I have to rev to 3000 rpm and then it slowly will accelerate. No noticeable smoke. Any ideas?
