I bought my 91 LS400 at 1999 with 105K miles and
now it has 125K miles on it. When I shift to R, I
heard a "clink" sound coming probably from the back.
I'll try to change the transmission and diff. fluid
first. Anyone knows if I can use
Dextron 3 ATF? The
shop manual said Type T II.

Thanks,
Calvin

It is asking for Toyota TYPE 2 in the
tranny
It is now TYPE 4 in the year 2001 of course.
DO
NOT put in any thing else , no matter what
anyone
else tells you , and if you did or have
any doubts
, have it flush it out.
