Hi everybody - I just bought a 96 ex/cab tacoma with a 99 v6 engine in it. Awesome truck and I love it.
Question: there is about 76,000 miles on the engine (155,000 on truck) and I was wanting to know at
what mileage to change the timing belt. Any help would be appreciated.

90K miles is the recommended interval.

I read somewhere that 1998 and newer models get new belts at 90K miles. Older models get new belts at 60K miles.
