Hi, I have a 1998 3l diesel hiace hightop camper

I shorted the rooflight fan out earlier and now none of the lights in the back of the camper, the nasty tube lights, and the fan doesnt work either!

Obviously a fuse has gone, but i have checked all of the ones in the boxes in teh front with a multimeter and they are all ok!

There must be a fuse elsewhere, mayeb when the conversion is done they put the lights in the back and a fuse somewherem, if anybody know it would be a maing as Im ghoing away very soon and need the lights @)

Thanks :)

These lights are probably being fed from one of the lines that come from the fuse box. Start by checking ALL the fuses in the main fuse box.
If these check out OK then you will have to do some more searching - they may have tucked an inline fuse somewhere or even a small fuse block.

Hi,In my camper which is an 86 hiace hitop it has round large circit breakers next too the fuse box under the dash. They are for the aircon etc. With mine if they trip you just reset them by pushing a nail or something that will fit through the hole in the bottom too reset. If it keeps tripping you must have a serious short.Good luck
