I am not sure if any of you are noticing what I am noticing in my area...but I see less and less supras on the road in comparison to a couple years ago? What do you think is driving that force away?

More than likely they are becoming Drag Racing cars. Ive been seeing them turn up more frequently at the tracks myself. Maybe that and people wrecking them. That would be my guess.

Where I live they are very rare. You hardly ever see them anymore. Maybe people are like you saying using them to race.

They're not very common in Denver and the surrounding areas. In general I think many are ending up in salvage yards or just going straight to the crusher. A lot of this, I'm sure has to do with the age and initial rarity of the car... they're not the easiest car to get parts for and they're not very inexpensive to repair.

In the past two years I think I've seen around 2 dozen in salvage yards. The sad thing, I'd have to say that half of them were probably in better shape than mine.

We are here. I have 3 myself. 2 MkIV, and 1 MkII. My friends and I
hangout over at Supraforums.com. There are PLENTY of Supras in the
MD/VA area. We just don't like going out in the rain/sleet/snow/or cold. ;)
Although I do drive my TT whenever the weather is co-operating.

Brian

Oh my god, your MKIV is beautiful.

I live here in Missouri and there are a couple here and there. One of my good friends has a 7m-g MKIII.
