Why Infiniti? It hasn't establish itself in the
marketplace where other luxury carmakers stake their ground.
BMW has the best performance. Lexus is most quietest,
great customer service, better priced. Mercedes, the
best overall, if you have no budget
concerns.
Infiniti is just a good car competing against Acura, and
Cadillac.

1. Between the USA, Japan, and Germany, which
country makes the best luxury cars?
Germany because of
Mercedes, but Lexus isn't too far behind, not so luster
styling.

2. Between performance (i.e. power,
handling), comfort (i.e. silence, ride smoothness), styling,
prestige, reliability, and price, which do you look for
most in a luxury car? Mention up to two
qualities.
For luxury car, have to go with silence and smooth
ride, then reliability & customer service. Hats off to
Lexus.

3. For each of the above categories,
which of the luxury brands is king? Try to pick among
Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Lexus, Infiniti, and Cadillac,
and mention TWO (at most) brands.

I'd say
Mercedes for being the leader, then Lexus for being a good
imitator. I think Jaguar has lost ground. BMW for better
performance. Cadillac for all-American. I almost got an Audi,
very much improved. Infiniti lacks just about
everything, has no real competitive advantage.

I can
read your gender and age from your little name tags
(if unlisted, please mention them), but if you
wouldn't mind, state your highest completed education
level (HS, college, masters, doctorate).
Male, 36,
college
