Drives: 2005 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4x4
Location: USA
I just bought a 05 Sequoia with the following factory setup:

I found this navigation unit and my question is, will it work by just swapping it out?

You would need a few extra things, such as a harness to connect it to the factory wiring, a gps antenna, radio removal tools, etc.

If you do go to install an OEM nav system, make sure to get the kit from the seller.
