i have just had a windsheild and gasket installed, the problem is that the "tabs" that the chrome attatches to is causing quite a bit of leaking, i have been told that i can remove them with a pair of plyers, by pull up and away, can anybody confirm this?<br>thanks as always

Did they caulk the gasket to the body? Those clips that hold the chrome trim are just held in place mainly by caulk and a little post that is part of the body. They do just slip up off that post.
