Hello, regarding the windscreen wiper problem, I would think that the problem may stem from the park "brush" on the electrical wiper motor not working ( worn out ?). To confirm, bash the motor lightly, ideally with a plastic mallet, (technical knocking) and re-test. If the motor works again, it would be a good time to locate a spare or, remove original and send to a local electrical repair shop where they should be able to install new brushes. It should not cost more than ?30, if you can find some one to do it. E-mail me if the problem still occours after this "adjusment".

Intermittent windscreen wiper does not work! The wipers only move in
intermittent mode, when I pull the lever towards me. When I release
the lever, the wipers would stops anywhere on the screen. Could it
be a blown fuse or something more serious? The other operations of
the wiper seem to work perfectly.
